Electrical Engineering
Engineering student at Michigan Technological University building hardware & software solutions.
01 — About
A snapshot of who I am and what drives my engineering journey.
I'm an Electrical Engineering undergraduate at Michigan Technological University, passionate about bridging hardware and software to build practical solutions.
My experience spans embedded systems, circuit design, MATLAB data visualization, and CAD modeling. I thrive on hands-on projects that push me to learn new tools and frameworks.
Outside the lab, I'm exploring web development to create personal tools and building a custom note-taking app from scratch.
02 — Skills
Core competencies I've developed through coursework and projects.
Circuit design, PCB layout, soldering, oscilloscope debugging
Python, MATLAB, C/C++, HTML/CSS/JS, Git
SolidWorks, Fusion 360, technical drawing, 3D printing
Arduino, ESP32, sensor integration, motor drivers
03 — Projects
A selection of hands-on work across hardware, software, and design.
Grouped DC motor control with L293D driver, serial command interface, and safety interlocks.
MATLAB scripts for processing and visualizing solar panel efficiency data with interactive plots.
3D-printed enclosure modeled in SolidWorks for a sensor array, with snap-fit assembly.
A personal note-taking web app with markdown support, dark mode, and local storage persistence.
Hardware / Embedded
Designed and wired an ESP32-C6 microcontroller with an L293D motor driver IC to independently control four DC motors in grouped configurations.
Key Features:
Tech Stack: ESP32-C6, L293D, C++, Arduino IDE
Software / Data
Built MATLAB scripts to import, clean, and visualize solar panel output data across varying weather conditions and times of day.
Key Features:
Tech Stack: MATLAB, Excel, Data Processing
Design / Mechanical
Modeled a precision-fit enclosure in SolidWorks for a multi-sensor array, designed for FDM 3D printing with snap-fit joints and ventilation slots.
Key Features:
Tech Stack: SolidWorks, Cura, FDM Printing
Software / Web
A lightweight, browser-based note-taking app built from scratch with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Inspired by Obsidian and Word.
Key Features:
Tech Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, LocalStorage
